Brown Boy Cake without and with cocoa glaze and coconut flakes




This is a vegetarian Brown Boy Cake.

Ingredients:
3 cups of all-purpose flower
2 cups of yogurt or milk
1 cup of sugar
0,5 cup melted butter
2 tablespoons of cocoa
2 teaspoons of backing soda

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 180 C degrees. In a large bowl combine the flower, backing soda, sugar, cocoa. Blend in the yogurt and mix together. Add the melted butter and combine. Place the butter in a greased pan and put the mixture. Bake for 35-40 minutes. If you want to make it more sweet add on the top the cooled mixture from boiled 3/4 cup of butter, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of cocoa and sprinkle the cake with coco flakes.
