This recipe I received from my friend Kasia.
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 spoon baking soda
1 spoon gingerbread spice
3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons honey
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
In a big bowl combine the flour and hot honey. Add sugar, baking soda, gingerbread spice and stir well. In the separate bowl beat the egg and stir into the gingerbread mixture. Add the melted butter and stir well.
When the cake is ready roll it out and cut the cookies with cookie cutter.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
